Details: Whitehall Resources require a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager Job spec: Perfect Opportunity to work for The Winner of Best New Business Essex Countywide 2009 and Businessman Of The Year 2010 We are a specialist SAP IT recruitment company looking to add additional recruitment consultants for our local Colchester office due to rapid growth in 2009/10. IT Recruitment role; full Recruitment Lifecycle, Sales calls, Gaining new business, Maintaining existing client relationships, Provide flexible recruitment solutions for clients and define & develop market specialisation and planning of growth. Recruitment experience is a nice to have and successful applicants will need to be self-motivated, ambitious and will need to posses the determination to succeed, and thrive in a target-orientated environment. Good communication skills/computer literate. Anyone wanting to apply must be aware that IT Recruitment is a challenging market sector and competition can be intense. As such applicants must be willing to work hard and must also realise that recruitment is not your typical 9-5 job. We re ideally looking for two consultants to cover new business and account management. Extensive training will be given in house. A sales background is a MUST HAVE.
