Details: Whitehall Resources urgently require a senior SAP HCM Talent Management consultant to join our client on a permanent basis. As the successful candidate, you will be a highly experienced SAP HCM professional with exposure on the Talent Management module, a minimum of 4 - 5 full project lifecycles and 5 or more years of SAP implementation experience. You should have experience in a minimum of four of the following Talent Management components (Enhancement Pack 4) will be considered an advantage: � e-Recruiting � Performance Management � Talent Management & Talent Development � Enterprise Compensation Management � SAP TVN (Nakisa) You should have a deep level of understanding of SAP s HCM functional components and the integration points between these components as well as the other components in SAP. We are looking for a highly experienced SAP HCM functional professional with a strong knowledge of Talent Management, ideally with a background in consulting with strong interpersonal- and communication skills that suit client facing work. The role is varied and will include contributing to bids and project proposals you will be reporting directly to the Talent Management Centre of Excellence head for the UK. This position will require you to take responsibility for the successful delivery of SAP HCM solutions, focussing on the Talent Management module. You will be working with a wide range of organisations; and the position will require you to take responsibility for supporting and leading full life cycle implementations from kick off and business analysis, though to testing, implementation and hand over. You should be very familiar with the Microsoft Suite of Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Our Client is a global leader for implementing and integrating SAP.
