Oracle E-Business Payroll Consultant/Oracle R12/HRMS/Oracle core HR and Payroll This role calls for functional consultants working in an Oracle E-Business Suite project environment. Consultants will need to work with the client to establish the business requirements and then design, configure, test and deliver the solution. The ability to understand requirements and translate these into system solutions, resolving any business issues is essential. The role will involve client interaction and the individual must have good analysis, interpersonal and communication skills. A key emphasis is on implementing solutions that make a difference by ensuring the delivery of quantifiable benefits to the client. Key Responsibilities Must have good knowledge of Oracle core HR and Payroll Must have experience of at least two full project lifecycles for Oracle Payroll implementations Must be able to demonstrate use of Oracle fastformulae and have experience of parallel run testing cycles. Demonstrate the ability to use implementation methods during different project phases. Must have Oracle R12 experience Knowledge of HRMS products integration with other Oracle Product Families is essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a large team and plan, organise and monitor own work Other requirements : Good communication skills – verbal, written and presentation Prior consulting experience Experience of public sector is desirable Have or be able to obtain UK Government security clearance |
