SAP CRM/SD. An experienced consultant with functional, technical and business process skills in SAP CRM combined with demonstrable implementation experiences in SAP SD or SAP IS-U is required to join a major global consultancy. Core skills will include detailed knowledge of the SAP CRM components, integration with other related SAP products and be able to design solutions as part of sales propositions and follow through to delivery. Experience of SAP CRM projects using formal methods and tools. Technical Skills · SAP CRM 7.0 functional experience within a call centre/service environment - with experience of CTI integration with SAP; and experience of SAP BCM · Detailed SAP CRM 7.0 knowledge in terms of overall architecture, processes, functionality and technical components · Strong business process consultancy skills in an SAP CRM environment · Minimum of 2 full SAP CRM project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity · SAP R3 knowledge and experience within SD or IS-U, and 1 SAP R3 full life cycle projects of significant size, scope and complexity · Experience with SAP CRM delivery tools e.g. Solution Manager, Aris etc Personal Profile We are looking for candidates with the following key skills · Graduate calibre with a minimum of a 2:1 honours degree · Strong communications skills – Verbal and Written English essential when dealing with and presenting to clients · Strong capability to facilitate design workshops, model business processes and develop high quality documentation · Teamwork – ability to work in a large project team |
