SAP F&R/APO Functional Consultant SAP F&R/APO Consultant is currently required by Whitehall Resources Mandatory requirements: Functional ? At least 4-6 years of experience and knowledge in implementing and supporting SAP systems/applications in the following areas. ? Strong experience in the IS-Retail module. ? SAP MM & MRP working knowledge ? Retail Master-data structure/Architecture ? Extensive configuration and support experience on the F&R module at least version 5.1. ? Integration of F&R analytics & BI ? Strong understanding of retail business processes of procurement/Promotions/Inventory management/Listing and Assortment ? Proven technical skills and experience of working with forecasting and reporting systems Deliverable ? Support critical business systems and functionalities on SAP F&R on agreed SLAs in 24/7 support framework ? Prepare F&R system status reports and sent to customer on a regular basis ? Own overall responsibility of all F&R components. ? Establish all process and procedures on F&R support. ? Liaise with cross functional team to meet SLA target. ? Create/use repository of known issues and use cutstomer support tool efficiently. Personal ? Should be able to communicate in English fluently (verbal and written) ? Able to talk with customers to get an understanding of the business and technical knowledge of the system ? Able to explain service interruption situations to customers. ? Able to Work under pressure and prioritise workload ? Methodical ? Able to work with minimal supervision ? Experience of mentoring others ? Good documentation skill.
