Whitehall Resources are recruiting for an SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant to join an exciting expanding company. Operating from a UK based service centre in the Midlands they support customers from a diverse range of industry sectors including Defence, Consumer Products, Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance, Public Sector, Publishing, Services, Utilities and Chemicals. Our business model means we have long term repeatable revenue from our clients which has provided a stable platform for strong year on year growth. Technical Skills At least 2 project implementation and more than 8 years experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, in the functional configuration and technical support of the SAP Financial and Controlling modules. Candidate must have strong experience in the following areas: New General Ledger Accounting Classic General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Project Systems Cost Centre Accounting Profit Centre Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Profitability Analysis In addition, experience of implementing and supporting the following functionality would be advantageous: Consultancy background CIMA or ACCA qualified Cross module knowledge (SD,MM) Project Systems Treasury Financial Supply Chain Management Travel Management Experience of upgrade to ECC 6 Soft Skills Self-motivated Strong team leader and player but also able to work independently Good verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation/demo skills Good analytical/problem solving skills Calm under pressure and can meet tight deadlines Strong client interaction skills, able to empathise with client Keen to develop and learn new skills Keen to share knowledge with colleagues Flexible, and must be prepared for travel to client sites Leadership ability Coaching and mentoring of staff Forward thinker, developing strategy |
