SAP PI (Process Integration) with SAP ABAP Developer required by Whitehall Resources for a respected large end user based in the Oxfordshire on a permanent basis. You will be working in close co-ordination with our clients systems integration (SI) Partner & the Business. You will be responsible for Development & Support of the SAP PI (Process Integration) & ABAP landscape within the organisation. Responsibilities: SAP PI (Process Integration) To understand the business processes supported by the proposed interfaces between SAP and other systems To review designs, in conjunction with our clients system integration partner of interfaces with SAP focusing on the of non-SAP systems side. To take skills transfer of the PI development To participate in any required interfaces tests, as per project test plan. SAP ABAP Bespoke interface/IDOC development for interfaces SAP Forms & Reports Business as usual & Support To provide technical support into teams supporting the SAP interfaces, Forms & Reports BAU - On-going Development for new changes & Interfaces BAU - Support BAU operations teams Knowledge & Skills Ideally 5 Years minimum SAP experience Proven experience with both SAP ABAP and XI/PI ETL tools and techniques Previous experience of integration non SAP systems and SAP (ECC.6) and technical analytical skills. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience in handling different file formats (ALE, IDOC, XML) FULL lifecycle experience, blueprint to go-live & support ABAP Programming Tools including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAPscript, Smart Forms, iDOCs, ALE Principles and techniques of systems analysis, design and testing Principles of program documentation Principles of report, screen, and form design Nice to have: Experience of FI/CO/MM/SD functional areas would be advantageous. |
