SAP Netweaver technical architect required for UK consultancy. Our clients SAP Consultants use their business process and SAP technical experience to deliver lasting business results for their clients. As leaders in SAP NetWeaver™ SAP CRM, SAP SCM, and a range of specialist industry solutions, we are working with major UK, European and Global organisations to deliver innovative SAP solutions. Our SAP NetWeaver Technical consultants are responsible for the end to end design and delivery of the SAP Technical components (Basis) on complex SAP projects. Involvement is from initial technical architecture design, build, test, deployment and hand over to operational run. The Consultant will be required to support medium to large engagement teams by providing core design principles for SAP implementations and upgrades, be capable of presenting these SAP solution architecture principles to our customers, have experience in leading and delivering full SAP lifecycle projects and provide mentoring and leadership to the SAP NetWeaver team within our client. Additionally the candidate should have a very good working relationship with other vendors associated with SAP, including HP, IBM, Microsoft and Oracle. Personal profile All candidates must be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver platforms and architecture; Have designed and architected complex SAP Technical solutions; Presented these solutions to the customers key stakeholders at the pre-sales and project implementation phases Take responsibility for the delivery of SAP NetWeaver components (Basis) during implementation; Lead a technical team through at least 5 full SAP lifecycle projects; Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Go Lives; Work closely with the project teams to provide the correct SAP solution; Demonstrate the ability to work with the client and deliver workshops to agree SAP technical architecture blueprints; A strong knowledge of new and key SAP technologies such as Cloud Computing and Virtualisation Strong understanding of System Landscape, Platform and Technology strategys; Will possess excellent consulting skills; Will be 100% mobile Participate in external and internal SAP forums and groups and be comfortable to presenting to their peers. Knowledge of SAP technologies such as Identity Management, Archiving, GRC, SOA, The candidate will have a senior position within the SAP NetWeaver Technical team and will be expected to show thought leadership and an entrepreneurial approach to our ever growing SAP customer base and solutions. He/She will also be expected to support the Sales process within our client at both SAP and Sector level by responding to bids/tenders and presenting our proposals to new and existing customers. |
