Friday was a big day for Whitehall Resources – we officially opened our new office! The building is brand new, cost £4m and has taken over two years of planning and preparation. We invited Colchester MP Will Quince down for the day, giving him a tour of the building and a bite to eat.

“It’s a pleasure to open Whitehall Resources’ new flagship premises in Colchester. It’s fantastic to visit a real Colchester homegrown success story, a business that has grown year on year helping to put Colchester on the map as a centre of excellence for SAP, Oracle and IT recruitment. The new premises are evidence of the company’s reputation as a fast-paced, cutting-edge and fun place to work and it was great to see such a diverse workforce enjoying the new office.”

We’re confident we’ve created one of the best workplaces in the UK – three large open plan floors, sound system throughout, American diner, Batman and Mad Hatter meeting rooms and space to grow headcount by 140 over the next 2 years. This growth is great news for us but also great news for our clients and consultants – at that size, we’ll be covering more of the market than ever and building relationships with the best.

After two years of work behind the scene, Managing Director Tremayne Hall is delighted with the move: “Our people are hard-working and we want them to love working here. We also want to attract the best talent in Essex to join us – the new building is just one part of what makes this a great company.”
