Whitehall Resources helped our Supply Chain project during a very difficult stage. Whitehall were not on the PSL when I spoke to one of their consultants who had remained in occasional contact. He called back when agreed and we had a number of tricky Oracle testing requirements that we had to fill quickly. When I joined the programme four years ago, there were around 80 contractors all through different agencies, many on direct contracts.
