Application Support Analyst

An Application Support Analyst is required by our client in Essex on a permanent basis. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of support tickets raised by our clients customers and working closely with all members of the Managed Services & Support team.

The successful candidate will come from an Application Support background and will have experience using, administering, or developing any CX/CRM or any Oracle applications. This role is perfect for a candidate who is wanting to progress their career in an Application Support capacity.
