Whitehall Resources require a Cloud Solution Architect to work with a key client on an initial 6 month contract, working remotely.

*The successful candidate will be required to operate through an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

Cloud Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:
* Strong solution architecture background with expertise in Infrastructure and Applications.
* Focus on architecting Public and Hybrid Cloud solutions, producing multi-tier, high-availability infrastructure architectures in a cloud environment adhering to DR and availability recommended practices.
* A deep understanding of AWS/Azure platform features, capabilities and how to optimise these for an engagement.
* Create and maintain solutions that aligns with client business goals and needs
* Developing and maintaining solution roadmap
* Providing technical leadership and support to software development team
* Coordinating infrastructure changes

Technical Experience :
* Knowledge on Data Centre deployment Architectures (Essential)
* Knowledge on Resiliency and DR Architectures (Essentials)
* Knowledge on Oracle HA Architecture (Essential)
* Knowledge on GTM, LTMs configuration (Essential)
* Knowledge on DNS configurations (Essential)
* Knowledge on SSO technologies (Essential)
* Knowlegde of LAN technologies like VLAN, subnets, IP addressing (Essential)
* Knowledge of Firewall and Proxy configurations (Essential)
* Knowledge on Security Certificates (Essential)
* Knowledge on API Integrations (Essential)
* Knowledge on Storage and backup technologies (Essential)
* Knowledge on Operation Readiness parameters (Monitoring, logs management, backup, antivirus, build management etc).
* Knowledge on Customer facing Identity Management Platform and Orchestration (Desirable)
* Knowledge JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (Desirable)
* Knowledge of RHEL Linux OS (Desirable)

A: Resource should have good communication skills and should have the ability to understand the client requirements
B: Resource should possess strong analytical skills and should be flexible enough to support any adhoc request/work
