Communications Manager
Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a Communications Manager for a 6 month contract working onsite in London with some remote work.
Requirements:
* Large transformation programmes experience including changes to technology and changes to operating model
* 8-10 years experience
* Creation of the strategy and plan
* Working closely with central comms team
* Experience across finance and HR
* Experience of delivery across Europe
Skills:
– Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
– Understanding of core business and able to understand how the technology roadmap will impact end users at all levels
– Ability to initiate ideas and present opportunities
– Ability to clearly understand technology change and then build a change plan to address.
– Ability to articulate or translate between technology language into easily understood business language
– Comprehensive knowledge of facilitation and organisation skills
– Technology programme and processes including service management, Portfolio while also delivering change within technology delivery projects
