A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Engineer to join our client, a globally recognised consultancy.

The successful candidate will be a Data Specialist with a strong understanding of big data/Hadoop ecosystems, responsible for the development and testing of various Data components.

Do you have?
* Excellent Data Engineering experience?
* Hands-on experience with Python?
* A strong understanding of CDH/CDP Hadoop cluster management?
* Further experience with Hive, Impala, Spark, Scala, Java, unravel or UNIX?
* Superb stakeholder management and communication skills?
