IT Business Analyst – HR, HCM | Flexible working

Whitehall Resources are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their recognised, household name client on a permanent basis.

You will come from an IT Business Analysis background and previously led change activities across a HR system landscape.

This is a flexible / Hybrid working role

Do you have?

* Previous experience working within an IT Business Analysis role
* Strong experience in translating functional requirements into technical solutions, specifically across HR, HCM systems; T&A Systems, Payroll, H&S, Access Control
* A good understanding around Incident, Change and Problem Management
* The ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at various levels
