IT Line Support Analyst

An IT Support Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources for one of our boutique consulting clients. This is a permanent role and will be based in our clients London office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently in-line with our client’s business and management agreed timelines, which includes a broad range of queries, incidents, and requests.

Do you have?
Previous experience within a 1st Line Support role ?
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies including the MS Office suite ?
Working knowledge of Citrix?
Previous experience in setting up, managing and support PC hardware and software?
Experience in managing Active Directory at a first line support level?
Strong communication skills?
