Java Developer – SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources require a Java Developer with active SC clearance to work with a key client on an initial 12 month contract.

*The successful candidate will be required to operate through an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

*This role will be largely remote with occasional visits to either Croydon or Salford.

*Active SC clearance required and candidates also holding NPPV3 preferred.

Job Description:
Essential Skills:
* Good experience of Java 11+ and Spring Boot
* Experience of working with at least two of the following: JPA/Hibernate, REST API’s, observability and monitoring, queue technologies and Spring security.
* Experience of developing applications using AWS services such as databases.
* Experience of agile development and working against stories in sprints.

Desirable Skills:
* Experience of defining/maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience of frontend development in React.
* Experience of working in multidisciplined agile teams.
