Whitehall Resources require a Learning Process Lead to work with a key client on an initial 8-12 month contract.
*This role has been deemed as outside IR35.
*This role will be largely remote with very occasional visits to client site in Luton.
Learning/Training Process Lead
Responsibilities
* The Learning Process Lead is responsible for taking requirements of the T&D Operations & Technology Solutions Team in HR and defining the best way to integrate into Global Learning Services (GLS) Operations. This role reports into the Senior Director, Global Learning Services.
* He/she will be responsible for working with the key stakeholders across those processes (GLS Operations Team, Senior Director GLS, GBS, IT, T&D Operations & Technology Solutions Team and SET area points of contacts) to build a roadmap for change and ensure the smooth and successful transition of new services to GLS Operations.
* The Learning Process Lead requires experiences of transitioning complex services and proven delivery of processes in learning shared service capabilities that have driven excellence, efficiencies, and value to support the business.
Experience:
Relevant experience and a depth of knowledge in the following areas:
* 12+ years’ experience in implementing and shaping change, release or service management strategies and processes ideally in Learning Services
* Service design experience ideally – Defining Ops requirements.
* Experience of Learning in regulated and GxP environments.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with key Stakeholders.
* Global Change/Project management experience
* Proven track record working cross functionally with high level of commitment and follow through.
* Organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills.
* Oral and written fluency in Business English
* Managing and driving excellence and continuous improvement
Preferred:
* Good understanding of Learning Technology ideally Degreed, Xyleme, Adaptive Learning, ServiceNow and Saba Cloud/Cornerstone SBX
* Supplier management experience
* Process Automation experience
* Lean Expertise
* Data analytics
* Good knowledge of project delivery methodologies e.g., Agile
* Experience of working in a complex global environment
* Experience of working with international markets (e.g. China, Japan)
