Service Cloud Due to continual growth a Senior Oracle CX Consultant is required by Whitehall Resources for one of our consulting clients on a permanent basis.
The position available will be responsible for delivering, supporting, and managing all stages of a customer project including requirements gathering business process mapping design development and implementation of Oracle Applications.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as within full end to end implementations and ideally have previous experience assisting others.
Do you have?
- Excellent Oracle CX configuration experience
- Strong experience with Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
- Demonstrable experience of integration within Oracle HR
- An understanding of Datasets and code?
- Strong stakeholder management/business experience?
