SAP Change Management Lead

Whitehall Resources are looking for a SAP Change Management Lead. The role is based in Stoke, with the candidate going onsite 3 – 4 times a week. Expenses will be paid.

The candidate must use an accredited Umbrella company for this role.

Job Spec:

Develop a highly motivated team of Package Business Change consultants, drawing on the Transformation and Change talent within the team.
– Partner with our Package Implementation teams to develop customer focused and compelling package based Business Change offers.
– Work with our Market Unit sales teams to build a pipeline of package aligned Business Change work.
– Inspire, guide and deliver our Package Business Change projects through your practical, hands on approach.
– Change Lead for a Global Manufacturing Client rolling out a global SAP template to 4 key UK sites.

Responsibilities include:
– Stakeholder Management and setting up a change agent network
– Creation and Implementation of a Communications Strategy inc Planning & Delivery via various Channels
– Change Impact Analysis across key processes to assess mitigations required
– Training Development and Support of delivery – utilising a blended learning approach
– Co-ordination of process walkthroughs to assess compliance Management of the Post GoLive Support roles and access remediation

What you will bring:
– Fantastic consulting skills – facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, managing teams
– An understanding of digital technology and the opportunities it brings to business transformation.
– Proven experience and expertise in the application of the following business change elements with particular emphasis on digitally-enabled business transformation and business change in an agile environment.
– An open mind, ready to adapt to the current fast-changing agile and digital environment.
– Involvement in sales and pre-sales related content, presenting and managing proposals.
– Experience in various delivery models and methodologies, including agile and lean techniques.
– Experience of coaching or managing small teams of other multi-functional colleagues.
