Description:
- Prepare, conduct and document workshops as part of the Explore Phase as part of Fit-Gap Workshops
- Support for integration topics
- Conceptual design of interfaces
- Implementation and test of the required delta configuration
- Support for KeyUsers in the test phase
- Support for cutover activities and go-live
- Hypercare
