SAP Project Manager (Data)
The business has sold its beverage business which has formed a new company which is still operating on the businesses IT landscape. As the new business is building up its new green field IT, a manager is required to manage and coordinate data requests issued by the business to receive relevant data from the Europe application landscape with multiple ERPs and satellite system.
The position holder
* ensures all data requests are reviewed, assigned to the right IT team for data extraction and segmentation,
* ensures IT teams receive require business SME support to define separation logic,
* ensures requests for data are aligned with business stakeholders and legal, approved for transfer and transferred,
* ensures information on status of requests is available and kept up to date as well as reported regularly;
* owns communication with all Europe data requests,
* plans overall data extraction tasks,
* tracks and regularly reports costs of data extractions
Qualifications:
General experience in similar position (manage data extraction for larger IT transition project)
* Advanced knowledge in the assigned business area discipline such as engineering or information technology – especially SAP data structures and functionality
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
* Advanced proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project, including financial, and schedule reporting
* Advanced proficiency in analytical, organisational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). English
* Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organised, self-directed
* Ability to multi-task and solve problems innovative
* Ideally experience in PM work in FMCG company
* Self sufficient
* Proactive
