SAP SuccessFactors Lead (14 Month FTC)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead to join one of our clients, a nationally recognised UK Conglomerate.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader, responsible for managing the delivery of SuccessFactors components/solutions, directing a small team and working with business leaders to ensure standards are upheld.

Do you have:
* Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience, specifically Talent Management & HR focused? (LMS, Recruitment and Onboarding, PMGM, Succession, Compensation)
* Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities?
* Good experience with system testing?
* An understanding of Media Technology?
* Web Architecture experience (HTTP, DNS etc) would be advantageous?
* Excellent stakeholder management and business-facing skills?
