ServiceNow Application Lead
A ServiceNow Application Lead is required by Whitehall Resources for our client, based in London or Wakefield. This is a permanent position and can largely be based from your own home with occasional travel into our clients London and Yorkshire offices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the ServiceNow system design and development as well as facilitating and supporting the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work with our client’s system integrator will also be needed.
Do you have?
- A background working in ServiceNow?
- Experienced in design, implementation and documentation of ServiceNow Workflows?
- Ability to manage SI’s?
- Excellent stakeholder management skills?
- HR and ITSM experience in ServiceNow?
- Excellent communication skills?
