Whitehall Resources require a Test Lead with active SC and NVPP3 clearance to work with a key client.

*The successful candidate will be required to operate through an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

*This role will be largely remote, with occasional onsite work in London.

Test Lead – SC & NVPP3 Cleared

Role Description:
* Ability to create and define a test strategy
* Ability to create test plans & closure reports
* Ability to define test scope & identify create test cases
* Strong client facing skills, with the ability to understand their key drivers
* Understanding of and ability to maintain testing artefacts, and to report on testing progress.
* Ability to be able to triage and manage defects and other issues
* Ability to manage teams which might include testers & non testers
* Self-starter and flexible team player with good leadership & interpersonal skills
* Demonstrates attention to detail & can work on own initiative and
* Excellent communicator at all levels with strong negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to influence others.
* Excellent analytical problem solving skills involving process improvement
* Certified to ISEB / ISTQB Advanced/Manager level or equivalent
