Training Manager required for a large SAP programme based in the UK on an initial 4 months.

Acting as part of FACT, In this role, you will be reporting to the FACT Central Training Lead and working closely with the FACT Tax Data Compliance (TDC) Project specific Workstream Leads (Business Change / Deployment / Comms / Design/ Project Management) being the bridge between the Programme and the business and a key part of the central project team that will be deploying the overall Change and Training.

* Work closely with the FACT Central Training lead, Training Managers and Business Change Leads to lead the FACT TDC Project training activities such as develop training strategy and plans, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), scheduling sessions, setting up training environment, developing Training Material, e-learnings and updating training material prior to Transition to BAU
* Identify end user training requirements and support the development of training programs by completing a TNA
* Plan and deliver training activities
* Plan and deliver training activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with AZ’s policies and standards
* Lead Training activities for smaller FACT projects by working closely with other project team colleagues (dependent on capacity available)
* Schedule training sessions and monitor trainee participation and report statistics to ensure compliance is met
* Liaise with BAU leads to develop and implement training, development and succession plans that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the FACT training strategy
* Support potential usage of Degreed as a platform to create Projects training pathways and portfolio’s
* Work across time zones

Essential skills and experience:
* Experience of planning and delivering training in a large, complex project
* Training facilitation skills
* Experience of planning, developing, scheduling and delivering training in a large project
* Experience of working with stakeholders across functions and geographies and managing them effectively
* Interpersonal Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Planning Skills, Collaboration
* Excellent team working, networking and influencing skills to develop solutions
* Able to challenge the status quo, think beyond boundaries of own role and act upon opportunities to work more effectively and seek opportunities for continuous improvement
* Mental Agility: Comfortable with complexity – Breadth and Depth of thinking – Problem solving.

* Self-Awareness: Has personal insight and effectively communicates Desirable skills and experience
* Business or Accounting degree
* Experience from e-learning tools to develop e-learnings
* Experience of Learning Management System (LMS) tools
* Practical, demonstratable experience of delivering training in operational finance ideally within a SAP system environment
* Project management certification or experience from working in waterfall or agile projects
