Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

CRM is a software system used by businesses to manage and analyse customers and customer interaction. CRM is typically used by sales, marketing and customer service teams to collate customer information across a range of channels. Interactions can be recorded from marketing campaigns, telephone calls, social media and the company website. CRM integrates with other systems around the business to provide a full view of the customer e.g. support calls, purchases and personal information.
