After completing a degree in Business Management, I decided to begin my career in a sales environment. My first role was a target-focused position managing regional sales requests and deliverables.

The opportunity to work at Whitehall Resources really stood out for me as there were elements of my previous experience, coupled with a strong focus on relationship building. Covering the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is a very rewarding position and I enjoy speaking with both candidates and clients every day. It’s a great feeling when I place a someone into a contract or permanent position knowing I’ve had a positive impact on both the candidate and the client’s lives!

A key skill for me is knowing your market, I often travel across the MENA region meeting clients and candidates. Seeing the projects first hand, researching logistics of each country, researching each module and its impact on to the implementation – that’s what sets a recruiter apart from the rest – someone who really pays an interest into every detail.
