Wesley worked in recruitment since 2006. Prior to Whitehall Resources, he excelled in recruiting within the banking and finance sector with great success recruiting analytics and risk professionals. The ability to find the perfect person, uncover top talent and deliver a first-class experience for both the client and the candidate is what set him apart from the competition when working with some of the UK biggest brand names.
In 2012 Wesley needed a new challenge and joined Whitehall Resources to which he has delivered an ongoing impact on the business, our customers and growing a sustainable and scalable permanent offering for our clients.
