Oracle Business Readiness / Change Manager required by Whitehall Resources for an contract based in London.

As the Business Readiness / Change Manager you will be an expert in managing organisations through change impacts of major transformation programmes. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the business is fully prepared for the impacts of the new ways of working and systems and leading the business successfully through the change journey. You will manage a Change Team responsible for the standard aspects of change delivery, i.e. Training, Communications, Change Impact, Stakeholder Management, User adoption and User Engagement

Responsibilities:

* Overall responsibility for leading the Business Change streams of activity within this large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programme
* Leverage the existing programme assets and deliverables to rapidly re-confirm the scope and approach for Business Readiness
* Establish relationships with key business stakeholders in order to effectively coach them through the change
* Mobilize and lead a team of Change Management specialists who will develop and deliver all of the change activities as the solution is deployed across a series of (20+) distinct Business Units. The Change Team is expected to grow to 10-15 persons over the next 9 months
* Work closely with the new Business Programme Directors to coach them on effective Business Change methods
* Confirm the approach and plans for successful transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business.
* Drive the development of change management artifacts including:
* Change impact assessments
* Change Agent Network approach
* Stakeholder analysis and communication planning
* Supervise the Training Manager to develop and execute an effective training programme that encompasses the new processes and systems
* Supervise the Communications Manager to formulate and execute an effective Communications strategy across the business
* Play an active role in managing positive communications within the programme team
* Coach business users to effectively operate new processes
* Coach team members on Change Management principles, benefits and outcomes
* Provide inputs to programme Steering Groups and Programme Boards
* Manage Stakeholder forums, meetings and special events
