SAP MM/MRP Process Consultant

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced SAP MM/MRP Consultant to work with a key client based in Cambridgeshire.

Essential Experience:

* At least 7 years’ experience leading Supply and Demand Planning teams using Enterprise class applications (SAP would be a strong preference including MRP, forecasting and Product lifecycle management)
* Demonstrated track record of delivering Process Improvement, ideally supported by professional qualifications
* Proven track record of showing negotiation and communication skills used to implement change effectively using influence without authority
* Thought leadership in the arena of Sales and Operational Planning

Job Description:

Develop approved strategies and a delivery framework for both the current and future business models, working with the leadership of the 3 Product Groups and Shares Services by end of April. Ensure that any current and future projects that impact Supply and Demand Planning are aligned to the approved strategy and integrated into the framework.

Lead business change activities for agreed recommendations, ensuring that the business realisation is achieved in full/on schedule as per any agreed project plan. Identify and recommend supporting role requirements across the Press.

Create and implement an Operational Balanced Scorecard enabling clear insight into performance that gives our customers an improved service and experience within 6 weeks. Recommend common business goals for a management cascade for individual performance.

Align the global processes Level 3 to 5 across the Product Groups, including associated artefacts, representing all equally at all times. Ensure that operational processes adhere to the agreed mapped standards respecting each branches’ applicable local laws, updating or implementing new mapped process flows as required.

Implement and chair a Supply and Demand Planning User Group, promoting internal best practice and information sharing.
