IT Service Desk Analyst | Bedfordshire
Whitehall Resources are looking for a IT Service Desk Analyst to join their client based in Bedfordshire.
You will be responsible for support across all application and technical areas for incident and request resolution, ensuring that all events are managed with SLA, promptly recorded, prioritised and managed using the service desk system.
Do you have?
* Strong 2nd Line support background?
* Good experience working in an ITTL?
* Proven experience supporting the MS stack?
* Previous exposure to supporting for Voice and Data Networks LAN, WAN, VPN?
* Experience working with 3rd parties
* Superb communication skills
