Whitehall Resources are looking for an Application Support Team Lead who will be responsible for driving forward operational excellence to ensure the best possible service across the application suite of circa 1200 applications.
Do you have?
• Previous experience within a high volume Application Support Team Lead
• A strong understanding of incident and problem management/prioritising
• The ability to lead others and drive forward a service desk team to achieve excellent service
• A flexible approach to service desk control processes and methodologies (ITIL)
• Excellent communication skills – ability to discuss technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences
