Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Oracle CC&B Consultant

Key Requirements:

– Define and deliver a re-usable Integration Test Pack able to test all inbound and outbound integrations from the current CC&B application resulting from the re-platforming of the application to a OCI platform.
– Support client User Acceptance Testing of the CC&B application following this re-platform.
– Design, delivery and performance of a CC&B Integration Test Pack.
– Support and Resolution of all client User Acceptance Tests performed against the CC&B application.
– The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years’ experience implementing or supporting the Oracle CC&B application preferably.

Key Skills:

– Oracle CC&B implementation and/or support experience.
– Oracle CC&B Functional expertise.
– Oracle CC&B Technical expertise (Preferred).
– At least two years implementing/Supporting Oracle Customer Care Billing Function.
– Good understanding and prior experience of working with CC&B integrations.
– Able to understand customer business processes.
– Good knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections.
