IT Customer Service Analyst

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a IT Customer Service Analyst based in Hampshire for an initial 2-month contract.

An opportunity to start or continue a career in IT whilst gaining experience working for a FTSE 50 Company.

A fast-paced environment, working with a close team supporting internal customers. Covering a wide variety of applications on several different platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
– You will have problem solving skills and the ability to think on the spot.
– You will be Customer focused and ensure efficient service is provided in a professional and courteous manner.
– The role involves incoming calls and processing incidents raised on the Self-service platform.
– You will act as initial Incident Manager and will assess, escalate and coordinate each contact as needed.
– Based on the information received from the caller, you will provide full and accurate advice to their customers in a professional and courteous manner.
– You will understand and comply with the client’s procedures and to adhere to and help to enforce IT Security protocols.

Skills & Qualifications Required for Job:
– Excellent Customer Service skills
– A good understanding of, and passion for, IT
– Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
– Ability to work under pressure
– Manage your own time and work as part of a team

Desired skills:
– Understanding of the Service Desk function and its role within IT
– Good understanding of IT Security Policies
– A relevant IT qualification
