Whitehall Resources are looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in Leeds for a 6 Month Period.

We need a Technical Support Engineer to provide and deliver effective and reliable ICT services to our customers.

Role Profile Specification

– Identify and resolve incidents, requests and problems
– Following agreed procedures
– Collect agreed statistics using software and tooling
– Carry out agreed administration and maintenance tasks
– Troubleshoot through diagnostic techniques and questioning

You’ll have:
– Experience with managed desktop support and configuration mainly Windows 10 and Mac
– Working within an ITIL environment with Service Desk
– An excellent working knowledge of Office 365, Azure
– Experience of working with Orbus iServer and ServiceNow Desirable
– Experience of working in a project environment
– Extensive experience providing day to day BAU support
– Service level management and reporting
– Incident and problem management
– Change control and release management
– Ability to work under pressure
