A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Applications Support Lead to join an exciting End-user organisation. As the Applications Support Lead you will be accountable for managing all risks, queries, incidents, problems, fixes and upgrades internal to the collaborative and learning systems and acts as the key contact for all business risks dependant on delivery of the project.

Location: Woking, Surrey – Commutable from West London, Slough, Berkshire, Reading

The Applications Support Lead is required to provide Application support for the global systems that supports approximately 4,000 users

Do you have:

* Experience working as an Application Team Lead, Support Manager, Service Manager
* Excellent understanding of SharePoint, O365, Learning Management Systems
* Expertise in interfaces and workflows
* Strong experience of working in an ITIL environment
* Experience of managing team SLA’s
* Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
