Oracle CRM Technical Consultant- CX, CPQ

Due to continual growth an Oracle CRM Technical Consultant with CX experience is required by Whitehall Resources for one of our consulting clients on a permanent basis.

The position available will be responsible for working with a team of developers and configurators using a range of Oracle CX technologies. The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, further developing their existing CPQ and consultancy capabilities across the Oracle CX suite.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with functional knowledge of key CRM / CX functions such as Marketing, Sales, Lead to Cash & eCommerce.

Do you have?
• Experience configuring and administering CX/CRM Applications?
• Experience of Oracle Service Cloud or RightNow?
• Experience of Cloud based / SaaS or PaaS technology?
• CPQ Development experience?
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies?
• Consulting experience (desirable)?
• Good communication skills?
• Strong stakeholder management experience?
