Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst with in the Clinical Pharmacology And Safety Sciences area for a minimum of a 12 month contract based in Cambridgeshire.

Job Description:

Clinical Pharmacology and Safety Sciences supports drug projects through 4 focus areas: Data Science; BioAnalytical; In Vivo/Safety work; Pathology and Mass Spec Imaging. We are looking for candidates with experience in any of these areas. It is largely focussed on building platforms to make the data more available to our data transformation programmes and our Data Science community. CPSS is present on all of our R&D sites in US, Sweden , Cambridge UK, but most project work will focus around Cambridge and Sweden. We have new leadership in IT and R&D, and a refreshed engagement with this team, so we are looking for people who can build relationships as well as deliver more value faster.

Experience Required:-

– Imaging data and practices
– In-Vivo data and practices
– Bio-analytical data and practices
– Data intensive safety science
– Agile Software implementation including data flow; RFI/RFP and potentially GxP validation
– R&D change and consensus building

Skills:-

– Very challenging and ambitious portfolio – understanding of science is highly desirable
– Degree or experience
– Minimum 3 years real BA experience
– IIBA or BCS certification valuable
– Internal Stakeholder engagement skills are essential
– DataDigital intensive project portfolio. Data skills are valued
– Data flow
– Customer journey/service design
– IT Build/RFP and new tech introduction and Agile work inc JIRAConfluence
– Business analysis planning, including prioritising and decision making
– Stakeholder analysis and change management
– Strategic analysis
