ERP PMO Planner/Coordinator

ERP PMO Planner/Coordinator required on an Oracle Finance Transformation Programme

Our Client is taking on a large finance transformation project and are currently looking for an ERP PMO Planner/Coordinator. Our Clients Programme includes implementing a new ERP (Oracle Fusion), a Legal Entity Rationalisation Programme, Target Operating Model changes and process and structural related changes. A project management office is in the early stages of being set up.

This is a large programme of change and will require a strong ERP PMO Planner/Coordinator. This role will require a hands on ERP PMO Planner/Coordinator Planner ready to help shape the PMO structure

You will be responsible for working with the Programme Manager to maintain an integrated plan across Our Clients ERP Programme and ensuring all major planning changes, risks, issues and dependencies are appropriately kept up to date including the portfolio, programme and project levels;

* Help set up and drive the project management office;
* Create reporting packs for the various governance groups;
* Attend, run, minute and track actions for portfolio governance forums including steer co meetings
* Mentor and support the finance team in developing appropriate plans etc
* Provide regular reports on PMO Performance and recommendations for improvements


* ERP experience
* PMO Planner/Coordinator experience
* Experience of working on global finance transformation programmes
* Previous experience as a project manager working across multiple projects
* Team player, supportive but challenging, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Flexibility helping guide and mentor a finance community on its PMO journey
* Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
* Excellent attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong personal resilience
* Positive attitude and ability to think innovatively and creatively
