Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant is urgently required for a 3 Month extendable project assignment with our client based in Doha, Qatar.

*Please note this is an urgent requirement and requires candidates that are available to travel immediately only*

Experience Required:

Experience: 5-10 Years

– Should have hands on Implementation & Support experience of Oracle Apps HRMS Modules of Core HR, SSHR, Payroll and iRecruitment
– Experience of one or more advanced modules (OTL, OLM, Performance management)
– Technical awareness of the working of Oracle Apps Forms/Reports, Pl/SQL, Interfaces, BI publishers

Skills:

– Must have Strong product skills in HCM Modules, relevant Data Models and Product localizations
– Design and Develop Customizations/Extensions for EBS HCM Knowledge
– Strong awareness of standard product functionalities & new upgrades
– Ability to provide robust solutions with pros & cons of the proposed solution when standard functionality cannot meet customer requirements
– Able to interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate/ map it to the product
– Project experience on the following areas: Implementation or Customization or Interface & Conversions or Support for Oracle Applications version 12.1
– Relevant experience on eBusiness HCM with min 4 End to End implementations with customer facing roles
– Must have good testing and defect analysis skills to identify & resolve bugs. Advise of SQL tuning & table health improvements, plan & conduct performance & load testing
– Knowledge of one or both of the Oracle AIM or OUM Methodology. Track record of strong AIM/OUM document delivery
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and problem solving skills
