SAP HR Systems Manager

SAP HR Systems Manager required for a SAP ECC 6.0 Programme based in the UK on a Contract basis for 4 months with possible extensions. This role is inside IR35

You will need to be a proven, hands on HR expert with SuccessFactors experience. You will need to have multiple FULL Lifecycle HR experience and ability to work unsupervised.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a hands-on systems role, and you will be the subject matter expert in all SucccessFactors related queries, issues and programmes. This role therefore requires an in-depth knowledge of the system at super-user and system admin level, especially using the Employee Central and Core Talent modules (e.g. Goal setting, Performance Management, Compensation, etc.)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* SAP HR / SuccessFactors
* Multiple FULL SAP end to end project lifecycles
* SAP/SF support model and experience of navigating through the various levels of support
* Manage the development and implementation of our HR technology stack – including SuccessFactors, Cornerstone On Demand, SmartRecruiters, Enboarder and various 3rd party benefit administration systems. This includes setting workload direction to meet business requirements, ensuring delivery through system development, ensuring third party developers meet expectations, co-ordinating regional teams to ensure data integrity and planning communications designed to encourage system uptake across the business
