Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for a Yearly renewable contract requirement for our client based in Doha, Qatar.

*Please note this engagement could go for up to 5 years or longer and we are looking for candidates already based in Qatar and locally available.*

Skills/Experience Required:

– Master’s degree in computer management, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or other related field
– Minimum of 5 Years experience in Oracle HRMS domain
– Multiple implementations Oracle R12 EBS HRMS/SCM modules.
– Expert level of product skills on following Technical area PL/SQL, Developer 10g, Workflow, XML Publisher, OAF, Fast Formulas. BI reporting like IBM Cognos.
– Experience customizing and personalizing approvals using Oracle Approval Management (AME).
– Project exposure on one or more Implementation, Customization, Interface, Conversions.

This Oracle Techno-Functional consultant is responsible for developing, testing, user training and supporting systems that include Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor (OTL), SCM CRM, WebCenter and i-Recruitment.
The consultant is working on implementation/upgrade projects in Oracle E Business Suite. Module includes HRMS modules (Core HR, OTL, and Payroll), Oracle CRM, I-Recruitment and Oracle WebCenter.
The consultant is involved in designing, configuring, and delivering Oracle EBS various modules in different companies to solve business problems.

Job Responsibilities:
– Hands on Techno-Function experience in Oracle HR-Payroll, OTL, i- Recruitment and CRM modules.
– Requirements gathering and analysis, time estimates, preparing design documentation, design reviews, development, testing and deployment of application enhancements, project planning.
– Preparation of data Conversion strategy from legacy to oracle database as per the client standards.
– Analyzed requirements, define scope, present best available Oracle EBS solution, get the approval from the stakeholders
– Answering the technical queries, driving the product initiatives and metric collection and analysis.
– Regular interaction with the Technical team, AIX Administrators, Network Administrators, Application Users – all belonging to different departments and divisions to ensure the smooth running of the applications.
– Should be able to handle Functional Setup changes
– Technical knowledge of PLSQL, forms, Reports, Shell scripts etc. with HR Integration
– Experience in HRMS Reporting (QL, PL/SQL, OTBI, Report, BI etc.)
