Oracle Support Manager

An Oracle Support Manager is required by Whitehall Resources to work with our client on a permanent basis. The purpose of the position is to lead, develop, manage, and motivate our clients support team and ensure that their contractual obligations are being met.

The successful candidates with have experience in a customer facing Applications Support role and will have managed global support services previously. Experience of Oracle eBusiness and Oracle Cloud will be high desirable.

Location; Can be based in the comfort of your own home in line with Covid19 restrictions. When things improve this role can be based in one of our client’s offices throughout the UK and from home.

* ITIL Qualified?
