SAP Change Management Coach/Supervisor

SAP Change Management Coach/Supervisor required by Whitehall Resources for a 7 Month extendable on site project assignment with our client based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Please note we are looking for experienced Coaches/Supervisors to guide and lead the Implementation and project team.

Start Date: Immediate
End Date: Until September 2021 with possible extension until June 2023
Project: To work as an SAP Change Management Coach/Supervisor
Delivery: On-site only, applicants must be willing to travel and work in Saudi Arabia

Skills/Experience Required:

The Change Management Consultant should be able to understand business requirements and impact of new S/4HANA platform on stakeholders and company business. The consultant needs to create and execute change management plans and meet or exceed the minimum qualifications set forth below:

– English speaking and writing
– Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Change Management
– Experience in managing change in complex IT and business transformations for large and complex projects
– Experience working in coaching/supervisory roles previously
– Plan, conceive and implement strategic and operational change management measures via successful communication, and stakeholder management deliverables and techniques.
– Work with training work stream to facilitate training strategies and support translate into training initiatives
– Ensure setup of extended change teams across proponent organizations representing different departments, user profiles, and organizational levels.
– Develop a change strategy/approach aligned to the goals of the project. This needs to include stakeholder management, change impact analysis, end user feedback, and resistance management among others to develop a successful change approach
– Understand objectives and be able to turn strategies into actionable plans across change dimensions, leveraging a matrixed organization to support the change
– Facilitate the creation of Mentor and manage extended change team members to ensure driving to common purposes and goals
– Recognize and address any challenges/issues timely, meeting and/or exceeding expectations and managing risks
– Identify definitions of success and how to measure and communicate
– Oil and Gas industry experience preferred
