End User Tech Analyst

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a End User Tech Analyst

Key Requirements:

– Mitigate and reduce risk to business as the lead end user technical specialist on the project.
– Solve and solution technical project challenges and exceptions.
– Act as Desktop Subject matter expert (SME) to support strategic initiatives and tactical deployments.
– Provide documentation and lead the Application Readiness workstream for the project.
– Deliver exception analysis and solution through engagement with Tech Leads / CSM’s.
– Liaise with Project Manager and Service Request Administrators on tracking and resolving any continuing challenges.

Key Experience:

– Excellent technical knowledge of PCs, other desktop hardware, laptops and tablets.
– 2-5 Years Experience with end user and back office transformation projects such as workstation refresh or OS upgrades.
– Good IT skills, computer literacy and organisational skills.
– Good English skills both written and verbal.
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and MAC client operating systems as well as various software packages including Microsoft Office & Active Directory.
– Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques with minimal supervision.
