Project Coordinator

– Supports the Learning Transformation Programme Director and SET area Learning Transformation PMs with a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to arranging meetings, editing documents, assisting with presentations, and general administrative activities associated with the programme mgt
– Manage the organisation of project/workstream including developing meeting agendas, writing minutes, and distributing key documents to meeting attendees
– Establish and maintain SET area governance board meetings and assist with preparation planning and report /documentation preparation
– Coordinate the input of team members in the development of key reports, including monthly key stakeholder progress reports HR, IT, T&D LT, SET etc. and ad hoc reports as required
– Organize monthly and quarterly review meetings working with internal and external partners; coordinate logistics, scheduling and agenda, and technology i.e. Deloitte
– General administrative assistance across the program, which includes onboarding of project team resources, network access, security passes, etc.

Essential:
– Experience in programme/project management and project methodology especially Prince2
– Possess strong time management and prioritization skills
– Highly organised planning skills with a strong initiative and highly methodical, strategic and proactive approach, and an ability to multi-task and prioritise
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop a range of written correspondence and reports
– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software – must be able to confidently use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Proficient in the use of Smartsheets
– High attention to detail
– Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to deal with employees at all levels

Desirable:
– Data analytics
– Experience of working in a complex global organisation
