1st/2nd Line Support Analyst | Suffolk
We are currently seeking Support Analysts for one of our clients based in Suffolk.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the infrastructure team, resolving 1st and 2nd line support issues, monitoring and maintaining the various key systems and networks for several users.
Do you have?
* Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role?
* Knowledge of SCCM?
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems?
* Previous experience with providing support on O365?
* Excellent communication skills?
