They wanted a service to consolidate the direct, internally referred and non-approved agency contractor engagement that enabled them to be flexible, while maintaining strict supplier/contractor governance and compliance, reduced admin and time to onboarding, streamlined invoicing and improved contractor care in a cost-effective way.
Our solution was to introduce a robust contractor passthrough option to our clients, that can be tailored to specific onboarding/compliance requirements but then deliver 100% adherence across any skillset and multiple geos.
We’ve supported boutique clients with the onboarding of individual contractors through to globally recognised industry giants with hundreds of contractors onboarded with complex commercials and tight timeframes.
