I had been out of an assignment for nearly two months when Ross contacted me about a role with a client of Whitehall’s. It was a somewhat protracted interview process in that each interview stage was over a longer time period than normal, even when receiving the offer and starting. This can be frustrating for both parties and not just to the candidate in question i.e. me, but Ross managed this very well from start to finish and he always sought to relay any new information as quickly and as efficiently as possible to me.
